Marty is a licensed NY and NJ attorney with extensive trial experience in both state and federal courts. He’s a renowned lecturer and regularly presents seminars to the bench, bar association groups and law firms. Marty and CCI’s legal team draft, review, and/or revise all of the legal documents needed in Structured Settlements and Periodic Judgments for our attorney clients.

Dennis H. Waldman
Vice President and Principal
Dennis handles some of Creative Capital's largest cases. He helps CCI’s attorney clients achieve better settlements by liaising with companies that underwrite structured settlement annuities and is often the catalyst who can procure a better benefit.

Morris Lener
Vice President
Morris is NY State’s leading expert in assisting attorneys at mediation and settlement conferences in achieving better offers by employing the Multiplier Effect of CPLR Art. 50-A and 50-B. Morris has participated in hundreds of mediations throughout New York State.

Lisa Hudak
Office Administrator & Jr. Paralegal
Lisa joined Creative Capital in 2008 as a receptionist/administrative assistant. She is currently working as a Jr. Paralegal while pursuing her Paralegal Associates Degree at Brookdale College. As a member of the legal team, Lisa prepares settlement documents, communicates with CCI’s attorney clients, and participates in all aspects of the settlement process.

Charles Jacobson, CSSC
Assistant Vice President
A computer science graduate of GWU’s engineering school, Charles joined Creative Capital in 2003. He regularly helps attorneys and plaintiffs choose appropriate structured settlement plans and helps resolve cases by attending mediation and settlement conferences. Charles is also an expert handling the calculations necessary for New York’s Medical Indemnity Fund cases.

Stefanie Jacobson Petit, CSSC

Stefanie received a BA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and Masters in Graphic Communication Management from NYU. Since 2007, she has crafted Creative Capital’s brand voice and managed strategic relationships with regional and national partners. As the liaison to our trial lawyer associations partners, Stefanie helps direct CCI’s ongoing effort to educate our attorney clients of the resources available to them, without charge, from the CCI Team.

Bryce’s history with Creative Capital first began as an office assistant during his undergraduate breaks. After officially joining the team as a Trainee in 2025, he transitioned into his current role as a Structured Settlement Associate within his first year. He works alongside Rhys and Morris to craft custom settlement designs and provides essential support during mediations and conferences.
