Creative Capital does not charge for service, time or expenses incurred while
assisting clients. You will not receive a bill from us; not even for reimbursement
of expenses.
We do not charge if your case:
- Settles using a structured settlement
- Settles for cash
- Goes to trial, verdict and judgment
CCI Costs You and Your Client Nothing
If your case settles using a structured settlement, we receive a commission
from the life insurance company that issues the annuity. If your case does not
settle (or settles for cash) our compensation is paid in goodwill.
Whether or not you deal directly with the life company, the premium cost of
the annuity would be the same as if you used CCI's full range of services. Life
companies cannot reduce the cost (or increase the benefits) of an annuity when
no broker is involved. The rebating and price discrimination statutes prohibit
the use of a different rate structure when the parties deal directly with the
life company.
