Marty is a renowned lecturer and certified CLE provider who has conducted legal education seminars for the Bench and Bar for over 20 years. He heads CCI’s skilled professional team working with both sellers’ and buyers’ brokers and attorneys to bring each transaction to a successful conclusion.

Dennis H. Waldman, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer, is responsible for the organizational and administrative functioning of the company and the general coordination of activities among the nationwide offices and headquarters. He handles some of our largest cases and routinely negotiates structured installment sales in the real estate and business buy-out areas.

Morris Lener, Assistant Vice President. With accounting, financial and computer skills, Morris functions as case negotiator and designer of sophisticated proposals and spreadsheets that are both informative and helpful in the sale of businesses and real estate. He possesses particular expertise in the area of structured installment sales involving commercial transactions.
