History
The
company was founded in 1980 and incorporated in 1981. From its inception, CCI
sought to combine the diverse disciplines of claims, life/casualty insurance,
accounting/actuarial and law into a cohesive structured settlement operation.
During its first three years Creative Capital was primarily a Metropolitan
New York structured settlement firm. In 1983, CCI added its first branch office
and expanded into a regional operation. By the late 1980's a nationwide operation
was in place with offices located throughout the United States. In 1989, an
office was opened in England to serve as a liaison between the American operation
and the London insurance market. CCI is headquartered in East Brunswick, New
Jersey.
